We are currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join a busy and well-established residential developer on a large new build housing project in Crewe. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking for long-term work, with up to 2 years of continuous employment available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of the development
  • Coordinating subcontractors and trades on site
  • Monitoring health & safety compliance and site standards
  • Ensuring work is completed to programme and quality standards
  • Conducting site inspections and snagging
  • Supporting site administration and reporting requirements
  • Maintaining excellent communication with trades, suppliers, and management teams

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working on new build housing developments
  • Valid SMSTS or SMSTS certificate
  • CSCS Card
  • First Aid
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a site management team
