We are currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join a busy and well-established residential developer on a large new build housing project in Crewe. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking for long-term work, with up to 2 years of continuous employment available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of the development
- Coordinating subcontractors and trades on site
- Monitoring health & safety compliance and site standards
- Ensuring work is completed to programme and quality standards
- Conducting site inspections and snagging
- Supporting site administration and reporting requirements
- Maintaining excellent communication with trades, suppliers, and management teams
Requirements:
- Previous experience working on new build housing developments
- Valid SMSTS or SMSTS certificate
- CSCS Card
- First Aid
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within a site management team
