We are seeking an experienced Flooring Contracts Manager to oversee and deliver commercial flooring projects across a range of sectors including healthcare, hospitals, universities, HMOs, and void properties. This is a hands-on role requiring strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple contracts nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple flooring contracts from pre-start through to completion
- Oversee projects within healthcare, hospital, education, HMO, and void sectors
- Coordinate labour, materials, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Conduct site visits nationwide to monitor progress, quality, and compliance
- Ensure all works meet health & safety regulations and company standards
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain strong working relationships
- Prepare and manage project programmes, reports, and documentation
- Resolve on-site issues efficiently and professionally
- Ensure high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the flooring or wider construction industry
- Strong background in managing commercial projects (healthcare, education, residential/HMO preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Willingness to travel nationwide as required
