We are working with a well-established fit out contractor based in Warrington, who are looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple fast-paced projects across the retail, leisure, and multi-sector fit out space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing multiple fit out projects simultaneously from pre-start to handover
- Working closely with Site Managers and the commercial team to ensure delivery on time, budget, and to the highest standard
- Attending client meetings and managing relationships throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensuring all health and safety procedures are adhered to
- Monitoring and reporting on project progress and performance
Requirements:
- Proven track record delivering fast-track fit out projects across relevant sectors
- Strong leadership, client liaison and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid (preferred)
