We are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager for a long-term opportunity on a new build housing development in Congleton. This role offers up to 2 years of work for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Site Manager with the daily running of the development
- Supervise subcontractors and coordinate site activities
- Ensure works are completed safely, on programme, and to a high standard
- Monitor quality standards and carry out site inspections
- Support with health & safety compliance, inductions, and toolbox talks
- Maintain site records and assist with project reporting
- Coordinate trades, materials, and site logistics
Requirements
- First Aid at Work certificate (essential)
- Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager on new build housing projects
- Strong understanding of residential construction processes
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Work-based references to confirm previous experience
Pay & Duration
- £24.00 per hour
- Up to 2 years work
