This is an exciting opportunity for a Building Surveyor to work with one of the UK's largest housing providers, offering more than 28,000 homes, ranging from affordable social housing through to private rent across the North West of England. They are a registered social landlord helping people at every stage of life to live in quality homes they can afford.

Duties to include:

  • Take responsibility for the delivery and management of an efficient and effective building surveying service.
  • Undertake building surveys of vacant and occupied properties to identify defects, produce specifications and schedules of work.
  • Support the Senior Surveyor with the effective management of contractors and suppliers, ensuring that repairs are carried out efficiently.
