Salary: Up to 57,699

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate as a member of the Senior Leadership Team.
- Lead the development, implementation and review of the curriculum.
- Manage, mentor and develop teaching staff, including ECTs.
- Monitor teaching and learning standards and support continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with legislation, safeguarding and Ofsted requirements.
- Work closely with therapists and wider professionals to deliver exceptional outcomes for pupils.
