We are recruiting an experienced Quantity Surveyor to work on multiple residential developments across the West Midlands.
Responsibilities:
- Manage budgets, procurement, cost control, forecasting, and final accounts
- Work closely with site and technical teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Maintain development margins and manage risk effectively
- Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
- Support the commercial management of multiple house‐building projects
Requirements:
- Proven Quantity Surveyor experience in house‐building or residential developments
- Strong financial, analytical, and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
