We’re looking for an Assistant Site Manager to support the delivery of a varied workload including new build retail units, industrial warehouse refurbishments, and office refurbishment projects.

Key responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Site Manager with day-to-day site operations
  • Coordinating subcontractors and trades on live projects
  • Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to quality standards
  • Assisting with RAMS, site inductions, and H&S compliance
  • Monitoring progress, materials, and logistics on site
  • Helping drive snagging and handover stages

Required experience:

  • Proven experience as an Assistant Site Manager (or similar)
  • Hands-on experience across retail new build, industrial/warehouse refurb, and office refurb projects
  • Strong understanding of site health & safety procedures
  • Ability to work across live, fast-paced refurbishment environments
  • SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS (First Aid preferred)
