We’re looking for an Assistant Site Manager to support the delivery of a varied workload including new build retail units, industrial warehouse refurbishments, and office refurbishment projects.
Key responsibilities:
- Supporting the Site Manager with day-to-day site operations
- Coordinating subcontractors and trades on live projects
- Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to quality standards
- Assisting with RAMS, site inductions, and H&S compliance
- Monitoring progress, materials, and logistics on site
- Helping drive snagging and handover stages
Required experience:
- Proven experience as an Assistant Site Manager (or similar)
- Hands-on experience across retail new build, industrial/warehouse refurb, and office refurb projects
- Strong understanding of site health & safety procedures
- Ability to work across live, fast-paced refurbishment environments
- SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS (First Aid preferred)
