We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager for a permanent opportunity based in Stockport. This is an excellent opportunity for an established construction professional to take responsibility for the successful delivery of projects from pre-construction through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage construction projects from inception through to completion
  • Oversee site teams, subcontractors and project programmes
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
  • Monitor project progress, quality and costs
  • Liaise with clients, consultants and internal teams
  • Identify and resolve issues to ensure successful project delivery
  • Maintain high standards of health & safety across projects

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry
  • Strong track record of successfully delivering construction projects
  • Excellent leadership and subcontractor management skills
  • Strong commercial and programme awareness
  • SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid preferred
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
