- We are currently seeking an experienced
Site Manager for a 5-month contract in Preston, overseeing a new build warehouse and fit-out project .
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day running of the site
- Oversee new build and fit-out works
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades and site activities
- Monitor progress, quality and project programme
- Ensure works are delivered safely and to a high standard
- Carry out site inductions, toolbox talks and inspections
- Maintain accurate site records and documentation
Requirements
- Valid SMSTS (essential)
- Valid CSCS Card (essential)
- First Aid at Work certificate (essential)
- Previous Site Management experience on new build commercial or industrial projects
- Fit-out experience preferred
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Work-based references
