We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a new-build construction project in the Newcastle area, with an anticipated project duration of approximately 25-30 weeks.
The business specialises in the delivery of high-end automotive showrooms nationwide, with a significant proportion of its work concentrated across the North and M6 corridor. Alongside this, they undertake a range of commercial construction projects, including new build, refurbishment and turnkey developments.
This is an excellent opportunity for a competent Site Manager with a proven track record of delivering projects from groundworks through to completion and handover.
