Position: Site Manager
Location: Manchester University
Start Date: ASAP
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for a temporary contract overseeing refurbishment works at Manchester University. The role is due to run until the end of August.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day running of the site
- Coordinate subcontractors and trades
- Monitor progress and quality of works
- Ensure works are completed safely and on programme
- Carry out site inductions and toolbox talks
- Maintain health & safety standards across the site
- Keep accurate site records and documentation
Requirements
- Valid SMSTS (essential)
- Valid CSCS Card (essential)
- First Aid at Work certificate (essential)
- Previous Site Management experience
- Refurbishment experience preferred
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Work-based references
Pay & Duration
- £28.00 per hour
- Work until the end of August
