Job Summary: You will lead engineering teams delivering business-critical products and services for some of the largest financial institutions globally. These products are typically full-stack, modern, event-driven platforms based on microservices, using Enterprise Java, Spring Boot, and JavaScript front ends, operating in 2 week sprints over 6 to 18 months roadmaps. You will be responsible for delivery timelines, code quality, team health, and delivery predictability, while also contributing to solution architecture and helping to evolve Lab49’s engineering practices.
