We're looking for Occupational Health Advisors to join a highly respected Occupational Health team supporting employees across a large engineering organisation. Whether you're an experienced Occupational Health Advisor or a clinician looking to further develop your Occupational Health career, this role offers excellent support, development opportunities, and genuine career progression.
You'll work closely with employees, managers, and stakeholders to provide expert advice, evidence-based recommendations, and proactive health interventions that help create healthier workplaces.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing Occupational Health referrals and delivering work-focused clinical advice.
- Conducting health surveillance programmes including Audiometry, Spirometry, HAVS, and Vision Screening.
- Undertaking pre-placement assessments, safety-critical medicals, DSE assessments, and face-fit testing.
- Supporting workplace wellbeing initiatives and health promotion campaigns.
- Producing clear, professional reports and maintaining accurate clinical records.
- Contributing to a positive, proactive Occupational Health service focused on prevention and wellbeing.
What We're Looking For
- Registered Nurse (NMC) or Allied Health Professional (HCPC).
- Occupational Health experience or qualification desirable.
- Immunisation and venepuncture skills, or willingness to undertake training.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive approach to employee wellbeing and workplace health.
