We're looking for Occupational Health Advisors to join a highly respected Occupational Health team supporting employees across a large engineering organisation. You'll work closely with employees, managers, and stakeholders to provide expert advice, evidence-based recommendations, and proactive health interventions that help create healthier workplaces.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing Occupational Health referrals and delivering work-focused clinical advice.
  • Conducting health surveillance programmes including Audiometry, Spirometry, HAVS, and Vision Screening.
  • Undertaking pre-placement assessments, safety-critical medicals, DSE assessments, and face-fit testing.
  • Supporting workplace wellbeing initiatives and health promotion campaigns.
  • Producing clear, professional reports and maintaining accurate clinical records.
  • Contributing to a positive, proactive Occupational Health service focused on prevention and wellbeing.
