Overview
Painter / Paint Sprayer β Aerospace. Salary: Β£36,027 including shift premium. We are a leading manufacturer of critical aerospace parts seeking a highly skilled Aerospace Painter to join our team. Responsibilities
- Operations: Execute abrasive, vapour, and grit blasting, and perform coating in line with Quality documents (PQP) and route cards, including spraying.
- Quality Assurance: Uphold internal and external quality standards (NADCAP and AS9100), ensuring structural integrity and meticulous quality control.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate documented records and job cards for all work performed, including issues encountered and non-conformances.
- Safety: Strictly follow all safety protocols and guidelines, utilize appropriate PPE and maintain a hazard-free workspace.
- Delivery: Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and established work routines to achieve required output and meet production targets.
- Collaboration: Coordinate and collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure efficient workflow and meet project deadlines.
- Maintenance: Regularly maintain and clean equipment and tools to ensure optimal functionality and prevent malfunctions.
