What You’ll Be Doing:
- Set and operate CNC machines to produce components to exacting aerospace specifications.
- Interpret complex engineering drawings and production packs to ensure flawless output.
- Support New Product Introductions (NPI) by providing practical manufacturing feedback.
- Perform rigorous quality checks using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other metrology tools.
- Adhere to strict quality standards, including NADCAP and AS9100.
- Carry out basic machine maintenance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure production targets are met.
What You’ll Need:
- Proven experience as a CNC Setter/Operator in a high-precision environment—aerospace experience preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of tight tolerance machining and inspection techniques.
- Ability to read and work from technical engineering drawings and production documentation.
- Familiarity with aerospace standards (AS9100, NADCAP) is a strong advantage.
