NDT Inspector – FPI\\n\\nAerospace\\n\\n£42,023 – £43,704 plus full benefits package\\n\\nAn international manufacturer of critical parts to aerospace customers is looking to secure the services of a Level 2 NDT Inspector with qualifications/experience of Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection.\\n\\nIt is expected that you will be used to working within a process driven manufacturing environment where quality is paramount, and standards are high.\\n\\nDuties will involve, but not limited to,\\n\\n * Review routers, procedures, specifications and any other instructions for completeness and instructions to perform the operation.\\n\\n * Process parts in accordance with procedures and technical instructions.\\n\\n * Set up, calibrate, and perform process control checks on equipment by following instructions and record results.\\n\\n * To generate new/amend NDT data cards for approval by the Level III.\\n\\n * Interpret, evaluate, and report evaluation results as required.\\n\\n * Fill out required logs and statistical data sheets as required.\\n\\n * Maintain required job skills and knowledge of requirements (including procedures, specifications etc)\\n\\n * Maintain work area, equipment, and all documents/records to be audit ready at all times.\\n\\n * Provide on the job training to trainees and fellow level II inspectors when required.\\n\\nQualification requirements,\\n\\n * Currently or previously held NAS410/EN4179 Level II FPI\\n\\n * Currently or previously held PCN Level II FPI\\n\\nKeywords: NDT, FPI, Dye Pen, Dye Penetrant, Fluorescent Penetrant
