HSE Manager Rotherham Heavy Engineering / Machinery Manufacturing 45,000 About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced and technically capable Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Manager to lead and continuously improve safety standards across our heavy industrial manufacturing operation.
This is a key role supporting the manufacture, installation and maintenance of heavy mining, quarrying and recycling machinery.
You will take ownership of Health, Safety and Environmental compliance across our workshop and at customer sites, ensuring risks are effectively managed wherever our people work.
The successful candidate will combine strong HSE leadership with a practical, hands-on mechanical engineering background.
You will be comfortable spending time on the shop floor and visiting customer sites, working closely with production teams, engineers, management and customers to ensure safe, efficient ways of working.
