A leading manufacturer of precision aerospace parts described as the ‘most technically advanced, innovative, and forward thinking’ company in the immediate area is looking for additional support in the manufacturing team.

Their investment in technology at this state-of-the-art facility – machine tools, software, and people, demonstrates a commitment to customers of the business capability to undertake complex engineering challenges and deliver on time, and within specification.

This doesn’t go unnoticed by global players looking to strengthen their supply chain with the result of increased projects and continued exponential growth within the aerospace sector and diversification into other areas.

* Manufacture components utilising instructions within a production pack

* Support New Product Introduction (NPI), giving feedback to the engineering team on all aspects

* Confirm conformance of finished work to specifications, using measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, dial indicators and gauges

* Ensure products are to the correct tolerances and meet customers, as well as internal standards and specifications (NADCAP and AS9100)

* Keep equipment operational by completing autonomous maintenance requirements

* Progress manufacture in line with the production schedule

* Ensure all production documentation adheres to the relevant quality standard
