We're looking for Occupational Health Advisors to join a highly respected Occupational Health team supporting employees across a large engineering organisation. You’ll work closely with employees, managers, and stakeholders to provide expert advice, evidence-based recommendations, and proactive health interventions that help create healthier workplaces.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing Occupational Health referrals and delivering work-focused clinical advice.
- Conducting health surveillance programmes including Audiometry, Spirometry, HAVS, and Vision Screening.
- Undertaking pre-placement assessments, safety‑critical medicals, DSE assessments, and face‑fit testing.
- Supporting workplace wellbeing initiatives and health promotion campaigns.
- Producing clear, professional reports and maintaining accurate clinical records.
- Contributing to a positive, proactive Occupational Health service focused on prevention and wellbeing.
What We’re Looking For
- Registered Nurse (NMC) or Allied Health Professional (HCPC).
- Occupational Health experience or qualification desirable.
- Immunisation and venepuncture skills, or willingness to undertake training.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
- A proactive approach to employee wellbeing and workplace health.
