A leading technology recruitment agency with offices in Portsmouth, London, and Miami is growing its Delivery Team and looking for ambitious individuals to join their Portsmouth-area office. You’ll work with some of the most exciting software, digital, and engineering companies across the UK, Europe, and the US — helping them build world-class tech teams.
This role is perfect for someone with 1–2 years of recruitment experience or around a year of strong sales experience who wants clear career progression and genuine earning potential.
What you’ll be doing:
- Sourcing and qualifying candidates across the software, engineering, and product markets
- Working with existing client accounts to fill live vacancies (no cold calling or business development)
- Managing candidates through the full recruitment process — from screening to placement
- Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Learning about the tech industry and becoming a specialist in your niche
- Hosting and attending events with the team, that help build your community
What we’re looking for:
- 1–2 years’ experience in recruitment OR at least 1 year of B2B/B2C sales experience
- Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships
- Target-driven mindset and genuine motivation to progress
- Organised, proactive, and curious about technology
- A team player who thrives in a supportive, fast-paced environment
