Ready to build something, not just manage it? We're partnering with one of the fastest-growing recruitment businesses in the UK to find a Head of Delivery who wants to play a key role in shaping the future of an ambitious, international organisation. This isn't your typical management role. You'll be joining at a pivotal stage of growth, taking ownership of a delivery function that's central to the company's long-term strategy. With significant investment, a clear vision and aggressive expansion plans across the UK and US, this is an opportunity to make a genuine impact.
The Role
As Head of Delivery, you'll lead and develop a growing team of Delivery Consultants, ensuring they have the coaching, structure and support needed to perform at the highest level. You'll own performance management, one-to-ones, training and process improvement while acting as the bridge between the commercial consultants winning business and the delivery team executing it. This is a hands-on leadership position, with an expected 50/50 split between delivery and management. You'll still enjoy recruiting, stepping in to support key projects when needed, while helping shape strategy, improve operational efficiency and build a best-in-class delivery function. You'll inherit an established team from day one, with further growth planned almost immediately.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading, coaching and developing a team of Delivery Consultants.
- Driving performance through regular one-to-ones, mentoring and development plans.
- Ensuring recruitment processes are delivered to an exceptional standard.
- Managing capacity across the delivery team and supporting business growth.
- Acting as the key link between sales and delivery functions.
- Remaining hands-on with recruitment, supporting high-priority projects when required.
- Helping build scalable processes as the business continues its rapid expansion.
What We're Looking For
- Previous leadership experience within recruitment.
- A strong delivery background with a passion for developing people.
- Someone commercially aware who understands how delivery impacts business growth.
- Comfortable having difficult conversations and holding teams accountable.
- A collaborative leader who can build strong relationships across the business.
- Someone who enjoys getting stuck in rather than managing from the sidelines.
Why Join?
- Join one of the UK's fastest-growing recruitment businesses.
- Clear progression as the company continues to scale internationally.
- Opportunity to shape an entire delivery function from an early stage.
- Work alongside an experienced leadership team with ambitious growth plans.
- Be part of a modern recruitment business that values specialist career paths, high performance and continuous development.
