Delivery / Account Manager (Tech & Go-To-Market Recruitment)

If you’re a strong delivery recruiter who loves filling roles and building trusted client relationships—but you’re tired of cold-start business development—this is the opportunity to work on high-value, retained projects with a market-leading brand behind you.

We’re partnering with a globally established tech recruitment business (founded in 1996, ~60 consultants across the UK and US) that is scaling rapidly following a management buyout.

Their focus is Go-To-Market hiring across Saa S and enterprise technology, covering Sales, Marketing, Rev Ops, Pre-Sales and Customer Success across the UK, Europe and North America.

  • What you’ll be doing
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts.
  • Deliver permanent hires across GTM and technical GTM functions.
  • Work on retained and exclusive projects with multiple live vacancies.
  • Partner with dedicated Business Development colleagues who generate new client relationships.
  • Build deep candidate networks and become a genuine market specialist.
  • Collaborate with a high-performing team that actively shares jobs and candidates.
  • Why this role is different

No requirement to win new business from scratch – a dedicated BD function opens and develops accounts.

High-value work – average fees are around £25k, with many deals in the £30k–£40k+ range.

Strong job flow – the business consistently operates with a large volume of live vacancies across Europe and North America.

Clear progression – successful Account Managers can move into broader account ownership, team leadership and, ultimately, equity-track opportunities.

  • What we’re looking for
  • 6 months to 5 years’ permanent recruitment experience (technology, Saa S, GTM or a related professional-services market preferred).
  • A proven track record of delivery and candidate management.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • A coachable, ambitious mindset and a genuine desire to become an expert in your market.
  • Comfortable working in a five-day office environment and collaborating closely with a high-performing team.
  • £28,000–£60,000 base salary depending on experience.
  • Uncapped commission with multiple earning streams.
  • Structured training, coaching and personal development.
  • Clear career progression with real examples of consultants progressing into director and shareholder-level roles.
  • Early-finish Fridays and regular team socials.

If you’re looking for a delivery-focused recruitment role with premium clients, exceptional job flow and a genuine long-term career path, we’d love to hear from you.
