At ion, you will be rewarded directly for the impact you make, with commission of up to 50%. Your earning potential is truly in your control. As a Consultant at ion, you will take full ownership of both new and existing business across the UK & US, driving new client acquisition while growing and maximising retained, repeat, and exclusive accounts. Acting as a true partner to your clients, you’ll lead the full recruitment lifecycle from strategic business development through to delivery, building long-term relationships and driving consistent revenue growth.
What we are looking for:
- Established, experienced Recruiter operating in a 360 capacity
- Proven track record of winning and developing new business alongside managing retained, repeat, or exclusive accounts
- Strong business development capability with confidence engaging and winning clients
- Highly experienced in stakeholder management across multiple levels
- High personal standards with strong attention to detail and accountability
- Commercially minded with a clear understanding of revenue, margin, and desk growth
