The predicted salary is between 50000 - 70000 £ per year.

At ion, you will be rewarded directly for the impact you make, with commission of up to 50%, your earning potential is truly in your control. As a Managing Consultant at ion, you will continue to lead from the front, taking ownership of both new and existing business across the UK & US while stepping into your first formal leadership role. Alongside growing your own desk, you'll coach and develop consultants, helping them maximise their performance whilst contributing to the overall success of the team. Acting as a true partner to your clients, you'll lead the full recruitment lifecycle from strategic business development through to delivery, whilst setting the standard for those around you.

What we are looking for:

  • Established, experienced Recruiter operating in a 360 capacity
  • Proven track record of winning and developing new business alongside managing retained, repeat or exclusive accounts
  • Experience mentoring, coaching or supporting the development of other recruiters
  • Strong business development capability with confidence engaging and winning clients
  • Highly experienced in stakeholder management across multiple levels
  • Commercially minded with a clear understanding of revenue, margin and desk growth
  • Natural leadership qualities with a desire to progress into management
