Who We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years in contracts recruitment
  • 2+ years managing recruiters and scaling teams
  • Proven track record building successful desks
  • Commercial and strategic mindset.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading the contracts division across Life Sciences, Infrastructure, Data Centres, and Energy
  • Coaching, mentoring, and growing the team
  • Driving business development and client strategy
  • Working closely with SLT to innovate and scale
