Base pay range

We\’re looking for a senior-level recruitment professional to head up and expand our contracts division, with 3 high-performing consultants already in place and the full backing of the leadership team.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years in contracts recruitment
  • 2+ years managing recruiters and scaling teams
  • Commercial and strategic mindset.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading the contracts division across Life Sciences, Infrastructure, Data Centres, and Energy
  • Coaching, mentoring, and growing the team
  • Driving business development and client strategy
  • Working closely with SLT to innovate and scale
