About the role
We are seeking an experienced Field Application Specialist (FAS) to join our Customer Experience team in this newly created role as we consolidate our leading market position and expand into new market segments. The successful candidate will provide technical expertise to IonOpticks’ current customers throughout Europe and the UK, including technical onboarding and troubleshooting, while building strong relationships with our customers, partners and stakeholders in their territory. The FAS will also support the sales team in expanding our customer base through product demonstrations. There is a requirement to travel approx. 50% of the time (national and international).
What you will be doing
- The FAS will be an integral part of our Customer Experience team fostering strong collaboration with both the R product management, engineering, sales, support functions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are vital, alongside introducing new developments to new audiences.
