Join Atech as a Senior Cloud Technician, where you’ll be working closely with law firms and legal professionals, supporting the cloud environments that keep their practices running smoothly.
In this role, you’ll handle escalated tickets from 1st line, taking ownership of more complex issues and ensuring our clients receive fast, expert-level support. You’ll support and maintain Windows Terminal Servers, alongside working with Azure-based platforms. A large part of your role will focus on the legal sector’s core applications - especially Partner for Windows (P4W). Your technical expertise combined with excellent customer handling skills will make a real difference to our clients' operations.
Requirements
- Can feasibly commute to Romford
- Have experience with Microsoft 365 and a good understanding of Azure and Intune
- Are comfortable working with Windows Server and Active Directory
- Have previously worked in a customer support or service desk environment
- Can manage and prioritise your workload effectively in a fast‑paced setting
- Communicate clearly and confidently, both in writing and verbally — especially with demanding customers
- Are eager to learn new technologies and continually expand your skillset
- (Desirable) Have experience working within the legal sector as part of an internal IT support team
