As a Senior Cloud Technician, you’ll be the first point of contact for technical support within our managed services team, handling second-line support tickets and ensuring high-quality service delivery. While the role is primarily remote, you’ll also provide regular onsite support to customers, building strong relationships and delivering hands-on technical expertise when needed. You’ll work across Microsoft Azure and Office 365 environments, troubleshooting incidents and contributing to automation and process improvements. You’ll collaborate with team leads and engineers to refine workflows, mentor junior staff, and support critical tooling. Your role will be key in driving technical excellence, enhancing customer satisfaction, and contributing to a high-performing technical services team.

- You have experience in a managed services environment and strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Office 365.
- You’re confident handling second-line support tickets and troubleshooting across Windows and Apple OS.
- You’re familiar with tools like ConnectWise, Site24x7, Meraki, and Microsoft Defender.
- You’re passionate about mentoring others and improving service processes.
- You’re organised, customer-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced technical environment.
- You hold or are working towards Microsoft certifications such as AZ-104, AZ-140, or SC-900.
