At Iomart, we power organisations with secure cloud, cyber security, and managed services solutions that enable digital transformation. We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to lead and modernise our marketing function—driving measurable growth, strengthening our brand, and positioning Iomart at the forefront of the market. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll shape strategy, influence revenue, and build a data‑led, AI‑enabled marketing capability.

As Marketing Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the end‑to‑end marketing strategy—aligning closely with Sales, Product, and wider leadership to drive pipeline, revenue, and market positioning. You’ll play a critical role in transforming marketing into a modern, performance‑driven function, leveraging data, technology, and AI to accelerate growth.

Key responsibilities:

  • Defining and executing Go‑To‑Market strategies across cloud, cyber security, and managed services.
  • Owning the demand generation engine, driving results across the full funnel—from awareness to revenue.
  • Developing segmented and account‑based marketing (ABM) strategies for enterprise and key accounts.
  • Leading a compelling content and thought leadership strategy to support brand and sales enablement.
  • Evolving Iomart’s brand positioning, messaging, and external communications, including integration of acquisitions.
  • Driving AI adoption in marketing, improving targeting, automation, and performance optimisation.
  • Partnering cross‑functionally to enhance conversion, pipeline velocity, and customer growth.
  • Building and leading a high‑performing marketing team, fostering accountability and innovation.
  • Managing budget and ensuring strong ROI aligned to business impact.
  • Establishing clear KPIs, reporting frameworks, and executive‑level insights.

What we’re looking for:

  • Have a strong background in B2B marketing leadership within cloud, managed services, cyber security, or the wider technology sector.
  • Have successfully delivered go‑to‑market strategies that drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Bring deep expertise in demand generation, digital marketing, and full‑funnel optimisation.
  • Are highly capable in content strategy, storytelling, and thought leadership development.
  • Have experience building and positioning technology brands in competitive markets.
  • Understand commercial drivers, sales cycles, and how marketing directly impacts revenue.
  • Have used AI in marketing—from automation and personalisation to analytics and predictive targeting.
  • Are confident working with data, attribution models, and performance marketing frameworks.
  • Have experience with account‑based marketing (ABM), partner/channel marketing, or subscription‑based models (desirable).
  • Can operate effectively and influence at Executive and Board level.

Essential qualities:

  • Commercially driven, focused on outcomes rather than activity.
  • A data‑led decision maker, using insight to shape strategy and optimise performance.
  • Collaborative and influential, able to align marketing with Sales and Product.
  • Forward‑thinking, with a passion for evolving marketing through AI and innovation.
  • A hands‑on leader who balances strategy with delivery.
  • A strong communicator, able to translate vision into clear direction.
  • Accountable and action‑oriented, with a bias for execution.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.

Benefits: Attractive salary (DOE) + benefits.
