Iomart is hiring an HR Assistant to shape the employee experience from day one through career progression in a supportive, fast-paced tech environment.

You will manage the HR inbox, support the full employee lifecycle, and become a super-user of HR systems to drive automation and better people data.

You’ll work in a hybrid setup (3 days in the office, 2 days remote) and contribute to salary reviews, benefits administration, employee records, and compliance with GDPR.
