We’re looking for an HR Generalist with a strong HR background and a passion for improving how things work. If you thrive on reviewing processes, spotting opportunities for efficiency, and helping build a more seamless employee journey, this is your chance to make a real impact and join the team on an initial 3 months fixed term contract with a potential to a permanent opportunity.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading and supporting HR process review projects across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
- Mapping, analysing, and redesigning HR workflows to improve efficiency, consistency, and compliance.
- Working closely with the wider Group HR to understand pain points and translate them into practical solutions.
- Supporting the implementation of new HR tools, systems, and ways of working.
- Ensuring HR policies and procedures are up to date, user‑friendly, and aligned with best practice.
We want to hear from you if you:
- Have a solid HR background with experience in HR operations, generalist roles, or HR project work.
- Have a genuine interest in process improvement, problem‑solving, and making HR more efficient and employee‑centric.
- Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to turn insights into action.
- Have confidence working with stakeholders at all levels and influencing change.
- Have excellent attention to detail and a structured approach to managing projects.
- Have experience with HR systems or process mapping tools is a bonus, but not essential.
