Responsibilities
- Support customers across the Hosting UK brand, handling a mix of renewals and customer care activities, including managing customer account renewals.
- Respond to general enquiries.
- Handle billing and payment queries.
- Support customers with complaints and questions.
- Manage support tickets.
- Communicate with customers via live chat, email, and telephone.
Work closely with the Renewals Team, meeting renewal targets and identifying opportunities to grow customer accounts by recommending the right products and services in a helpful, customerâfocused way.
