Iomart is seeking a dedicated individual to manage on-site operations at our North London Data Centre. In this role, you will ensure that customer platforms run smoothly and efficiently, troubleshooting hardware and software issues. You’ll work collaboratively in a dynamic environment and provide 24/7 support.
Applicants should have experience with hardware, especially Cisco networking gear, and knowledge of OS installation, along with a strong emphasis on customer service. Salary is up to £30k DOE plus benefits.
