We're looking for a driven and customer-focused Project Manager to join our Service Transition Team — someone who thrives on delivering meaningful technical change and exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you'll orchestrate the seamless deployment of customer solutions across our UK data centre network, working closely with teams across networks, infrastructure support and data centres, while acting as a trusted, customer-facing partner throughout every stage of the journey.
As a key part of Iomart’s delivery engine, you will:
- Own the successful delivery of customer solutions across our cloud and infrastructure platforms, including migration, VSD/VSF and transition projects.
- Act as the primary customer-facing lead, delivering clear, confident and engaging communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with network, infrastructure support and data centre teams to ensure seamless delivery and alignment.
- Bring structure, pace and transparency to projects using modern SaaS project management tools.
- Lead project workshops that drive alignment, governance and successful execution.
- Proactively identify risks, resolve challenges quickly, and keep delivery on track with precision.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience and deliver high‑quality handovers into operational support.
We want to hear from you if you:
- Have experience delivering technical projects within cloud, MSP, or IT change environments (a plus, not a must).
- Enjoy customer-facing roles and excel at turning complex technical updates into clear, engaging communication.
- Are highly organised, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
- Feel confident working across technical platforms – able to collaborate with engineers and guide customers with credibility.
- Leverage SaaS project management tools to drive visibility, alignment, and momentum.
- Hold (or are working towards) project management certifications such as PRINCE2 Practitioner (or equivalent).
- Thrive in fast‑paced environments and bring a collaborative, adaptable mindset.
- Are comfortable with occasional out‑of‑hours requirement.
