We’re looking for an HR Generalist with a strong HR background and a passion for improving how things work. If you thrive on reviewing processes, spotting opportunities for efficiency, and helping build a more seamless employee journey, this is your chance to make a real impact and join the team on an initial 3 months fixed term contract with a potential to a permanent opportunity.

Leading and supporting HR process review projects across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. Mapping, analysing, and redesigning HR workflows to improve efficiency, consistency, and compliance. Working closely with the wider Group HR to understand pain points and translate them into practical solutions. Supporting the implementation of new HR tools, systems, and ways of working. Ensuring HR policies and procedures are up to date, user‑friendly, and aligned with best practice.

We want to hear from you if you:

  • Have a solid HR background with experience in HR operations, generalist roles, or HR project work.
  • Have a genuine interest in process improvement, problem‑solving, and making HR more efficient and employee‑centric.
  • Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to turn insights into action.
  • Have confidence working with stakeholders at all levels and influencing change.
  • Have excellent attention to detail and a structured approach to managing projects.
  • Have experience with HR systems or process mapping tools is a bonus, but not essential.
