What you\’ll be doing:

Iomart is a leading UK provider of cloud hosting, data centre, and managed services, supporting businesses with secure and reliable technology solutions. Customer experience is at the heart of Iomart, and every role plays a part in helping customers succeed.

Easyspace is part of the Iomart Group and provides web hosting, domain, and cloud services to individuals and businesses looking to get online and grow. Easyspace operates across three brands, offering a range of flexible solutions.

In the Customer Care Exec role, you’ll support customers across the Hosting UK brand, handling a mix of renewals and customer care activities, including:

  • Managing customer account renewals
  • Responding to general enquiries
  • Handling billing and payment queries
  • Supporting customers with complaints and questions
  • Managing support tickets
  • Communicating with customers via live chat, email, and telephone

Alongside this, you’ll work closely with the Renewals Team, meeting renewal targets and identifying opportunities to grow customer accounts by recommending the right products and services in a helpful, customer‑focused way.

  • Bring customer service experience and genuinely enjoy helping people
