iomart Group is looking for a Cloud Support Technician in Marlow, United Kingdom. In this role, you will provide customer support as the first contact, manage service desk tickets, and ensure system integrity by monitoring alerts.

Ideal candidates will have experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and effective communication skills. Although bonus points are given for MSP experience or ITIL practices, it's not essential.
