The role focuses on Commvault-powered Baa S and DRaa S, handling issues across servers, storage, virtualization, networking and cloud.
You will monitor backup environments, ensure SLA adherence, and collaborate with specialist engineers for deeper fixes. Training towards Commvault certifications will be provided.
