We are on the lookout for a customer focused, passionate and driven retail assistant to support our beautiful new Richmond showroom!
What you will do
- Support all aspects of daily operations in a vibrant and exciting space.
- Provide each customer with an outstanding and inspirational brand experience.
- Share the IOLLA story and provide customers with tailored solutions to their eyewear needs, recommending IOLLA products with confidence and enthusiasm.
- Help customers with all things optical – from understanding their prescription to selecting frames that best suit their needs and style.
- Learn all things aftercare and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Drive brand awareness across the local community and beyond, building IOLLA's customer base.
- Maintain exceptional brand standards across visual displays, service levels and product knowledge.
- Support office pop ups, showroom events and build positive relationships with customers and brand partners.
- Support all aspects of showroom operations, including opening and closing checklists, stock management and H&S.
