Our mission is to become the most popular prescription eyewear brand wherever we are, and we want you to help get us there! We are recruiting for an experienced retail and people focused manager to join our Finnieston team, in the West End of Glasgow. Our Retail Store Manager will lead our Finnieston team and community.
What you\'ll do
- Play the leading role within our Finnieston showroom, working collaboratively with the showroom team to drive sales, customer experience and operational excellence.
- Demonstrate best practice and role model behaviours that bring our core values and service excellence to every IOLLA customer, every day. Be passionate about delivering outstanding customer service; from welcoming a new customer to styling them into their perfect pair. Inspire and motivate your team to show up and deliver every day.
- Be confident in identifying commercial opportunities that support the growth of the IOLLA brand, both internally and externally.
- Be the local community face of IOLLA; you will represent IOLLA and play a key role in growing our IOLLA community in the heart of Finnieston.
- Seek local community opportunities for partnership, from local influencer partnerships to local groups and businesses to build relationships with.
- Contribute to brand development by providing local insights, trends and overall opportunities.
- Drive and maintain exceptional visual merchandising at all times, ensuring the showroom is always presented to the highest standard.
- Lead your management team to effectively manage all aspects of day to day operations, including stock management and Health & Safety.
