At IOLLA we're looking for a Digital Marketer to join our team. Our mission is to become the most popular prescription eyewear brand wherever we are, and we’re looking for a dynamic, analytical Digital Marketer to help drive our next phase of growth. If you love turning insights into action, improving digital journeys, and building scalable marketing systems that convert, this could be the role for you.

What you’ll do

  • Email, CRM & Customer Journey: Lead our email and lifecycle marketing using Klaviyo, building flows and campaigns that acquire, convert and retain customers. Plan, build and test campaigns with clear hypotheses; from segmentation and personalisation to subject lines and creative. Build emails using drag-and-drop tools (e.g., Klaviyo editor, Canva), ensuring designs are visually engaging, on-brand and conversion-focused. Partner with our creative & showroom teams to grow our email list, supporting best-practice sign-up processes and in-store acquisition initiatives. Own performance reporting across open rates, clicks, revenue attribution and list growth.
  • Paid Performance (PPC & Paid Social): Work closely with our creative team to manage, optimise and challenge channel performance. Provide creative and strategic briefs rooted in insight, helping us test and scale what works. Ensure strong alignment between ads, landing pages and on-site experience.
  • Website Management & CRO: Manage updates to our website, using drag-and-drop or low-code tools to build and refine landing pages and product pages with a strong visual eye. Collaborate with our developers to continuously enhance the website: UX, UI, navigation, load time, accessibility and on-page design. Identify opportunities to improve conversion through A/B testing, customer feedback, heatmaps and analytics. Own digital hygiene: from product updates to content improvements, tracking accuracy and landing page optimisation.
  • Data, Insights & Reporting: Use analytics tools to understand behaviour, identify drop-off points and uncover performance opportunities. Turn insights into recommendations that inform campaigns, design decisions and future roadmaps. Build simple, actionable reporting dashboards that keep the team aligned on digital performance.
  • Collaboration & Creative Thinking: Work closely with creative, retail, customer service and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and experience. Bring a test-and-learn mindset, using data to validate ideas and creativity to propose new ones. Support brand campaigns with digital insight, ensuring everything we launch is optimised for performance.

About you

You’re an analytical thinker who also enjoys good design and clean UX. You understand how CRM, PPC, and web performance work together to create a seamless customer journey. You love testing, experimenting, and finding marginal gains that compound over time. You’re proactive, organised and excited by the idea of improving things every week. You enjoy collaborating with designers, developers, agencies and marketers to bring ideas to life. Experience in retail or e-commerce is a bonus but your ability to learn fast is what matters most.

What you’ll get:

  • A competitive salary based on experience
  • Complimentary eyewear
  • A generous friends and family discount
  • Access to our Retail Trust benefits platform
  • Free on-site parking at our HQ
  • The chance to help shape an ambitious, creative brand during an exciting period of transformation

Apply for the job

Please submit your CV along with a short recommendation (200 to 300 words) outlining one improvement you would make to IOLLA’s online experience: this could relate to our website, email flows, customer journey, UX/UI, or performance marketing.
