We’re looking for an inspiring and motivated Optical Showroom Supervisor who loves working with people and inspiring a team to deliver a spectacular customer experience in our new and amazing Aberdeen showroom. A passion for eyewear, fashion and exceeding customer expectations is a must!
What You’ll Do
- Play an integral role within our retail store team, working collaboratively as part of the management team to achieve sales, an outstanding end to end customer experience and operational excellence.
- Lead and inspire the team to be their best, supporting with team training and always role modelling a customer first mindset.
- Take shared responsibility for opening/closing the store, ensuring that all operational processes have been followed.
- Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the showroom always looks its best, applying commercial knowledge and insights to make positive changes and maintain IOLLA's high standards.
- Support with all aspects of Store Operations; rota planning, stock management and Health & Safety.
- Contribute towards building an IOLLA Community within Aberdeen; support showroom events and happenings, and help spread the word that there really is 'a better way to buy eyewear!'.
