With more initiatives and growing momentum, we are looking for an ambitious, driven, and high-energy Employer Brand Student Assistant who is eager to take ownership, bring fresh ideas, and thrive in a dynamic and ever-evolving environment. This role is ideal for someone who seeks opportunities, asks questions, and has the 'hunger' to make a real impact.
Part of our Talent Engagement team, you will work closely with our Global Employer Branding Manager in Copenhagen, who will support and mentor you, while also giving you space to experiment, learn, and execute ideas. This is a 15-20 hours/week position, available in Brighton, Barcelona, or Copenhagen.
What you will do:
- Organize and coordinate IOI's presence at industry conferences, including messaging, speaker participation, and logistics.
- Plan and support IOI-hosted networking and talent attraction events, from concept to execution. Manage event page, guest lists, event copy, and ensure a smooth experience for all participants.
- Generate creative ideas and write engaging copy for posts on IOI's LinkedIn and other channels β always aligned with our employer brand goals and focus areas.
- Write and publish our internal monthly newsletter in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment and obtain visual and video assets that support employer brand initiatives.
- Coordinate and help drive internal employer branding efforts focused on employee engagement, including branding internal campaigns and organizing events that bring our Games First value to life, such as high-energy experiences connecting employees with our mission.
- Stay up-to-date with industry activities and recommend new talent attraction opportunities in each of our studio locations.
Who you are:

- Currently have 1 or 2 years left of your BSc or MSc in marketing, HR, communications, or a related field.

- Stay updated on how other studios and industries approach employer branding and bring inspiration to the table.
