As a Game Designer, you will define how playable characters function, grow, and feel to play. Working closely with multiple disciplines, you will help ensure each character offers a clear identity, engaging mechanics, and a rewarding gameplay experience.

What you will do:

  • Design and develop playable characters, including abilities, kits, and gameplay roles.
  • Prototype, implement, and iterate on character mechanics using proprietary tools.
  • Collaborate closely with combat, systems, narrative, animation, and engineering teams to bring characters to life.
  • Help balance and refine character gameplay across solo and multiplayer experiences.
  • Contribute to progression, rewards, and mastery systems tied to character play.
  • Playtest regularly and iterate based on feedback to improve clarity, balance, and fun.

Who you are:

  • An experienced game designer with a background in character, combat, or gameplay systems, ideally on AAA titles.
