What the role involves:
As a Senior Software Engineer in Test at IOE, you are responsible for improving how IOE builds, maintains, and tests software while actively contributing to product development. You lead efforts to ensure the quality of engineering practices within your team, working across teams to identify and implement improvements. This includes sharing code, simplifying complex processes, and championing best testing practices.
In this position, you are responsible for writing testable, production-ready code, and influencing the overall quality and architecture of the software.
As a senior member of the team, you will mentor and grow other engineers, promote test automation, and lead in improving the overall testing culture across IOG.
