We are seeking a highly motivated Business Support Team Member to join our friendly and busy team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office environment and wants to make a real impact by supporting both colleagues and clients to achieve their best.

This role requires someone who is adaptable, detail-oriented, organised, and confident using their initiative. You will be at the heart of day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth delivery of our services and contributing to our overall business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily proactive administrative support to internal teams and external clients & learners
  • Use Microsoft Office applications to produce documents, reports and presentations
  • Maintain and update internal systems and shared resources (e.g. SharePoint, Bud, ACT!, HubSpot)
  • Liaise with clients and delegates via email, phone, and video platforms
  • Assist in the coordination of training programmes and client events
  • First point of contact for phone calls and visitors to the office
  • Maintain confidentiality, professionalism and a high standard of customer care
  • Support the wider team with data input, analysis, and general office tasks as needed

Essential Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Office 365, Teams/Zoom
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple & changing priorities
  • Demonstrate initiative, reliability, and a team-first attitude
  • Discretion, empathy, and the ability to manage confidential information

Desirable, but not essential, Experience:

  • Previous experience working in an office or support role
  • Familiarity with management information systems
  • Understanding of Trailblazer Apprenticeships
  • Experience with data entry, analysis, and reporting
  • Tech-Savvy and AI knowledge
