Associate Mechanical Engineer Reading (Hybrid working 3 days per week onsite) Permanent | Full-time An exciting opportunity for an Associate Mechanical Engineer to join a growing MEP team in Reading. You’ll lead mechanical building services design from concept through detailed design, manage project delivery, and build strong client relationships while supporting and developing junior engineers. This role offers real ownership. You’ll be leading mechanical design and running project teams, not just producing calculations/drawings. Requirements Significant experience in mechanical building services design Must have the aptitude and credibility to manage both projects and people Relevant qualification (degree or HNC/HND) Achieved or working towards IEng/CEng Excellent communication and attention to detail SC clearance is advantageous Salary is dependent on experience, and this role comes with a car allowance and discretionary bonus.
